Georgia Eye Institute accepts most insurance plans and files your claim as a courtesy. Each patient is responsible for payment if the deductible has not been met or if the insurance company denies the claim. Please bring your current insurance card, photo ID and a list of current medications. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit. The amount is usually on your card or in your insurance documents. Self-pay patients should be prepared to pay $200 but the charges may be less.
