Elizabeth Miller, M.D., is a founding partner of the Georgia Eye Institute and is Director of refractive surgery. Dr. Miller received her undergraduate degree from Rollins College in Florida and her Doctor of Medicine degree at SUNY Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Miller did her post-graduate training at Wills Eye Hospital and completed a fellowship in oculoplastics at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester.
After completing her fellowship Dr. Miller came to Savannah to practice and in 1987 joined Georgia Eye Institute. Dr. Miller is a board-certified ophthalmologist that specializes in cataract and anterior segment surgery, oculoplastics, refractive surgery, including LASIK and Conductive Keratoplasty, and has preformed thousands of successful procedures.
